Shlomo Kot, CPA - Founding and Managing Partner
Shlomo Kot is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant specializing in accounting and taxation for corporations and individuals. He provides personalized advisory services in tax planning and ongoing financial operations.
In addition, he advises companies on business strategy and develops tax structures for organizations seeking to establish or expand operations in the United States.
Yoav Aboulafia – Founding and Managing Partner
Founding and Managing Partner of Aboulafia, Avital, Shrensky & Partners accounting firm, from 2000 to the present.
Member of the Israeli National Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Accounting Standards Committee of the Institute.
Yoav has over 30 years of experience in accounting. Prior to establishing the firm, he was a partner at Brightman Almagor & Partners (Deloitte).
Yoav specializes in a wide range of accounting topics, particularly in accounting, auditing, and international taxation. He is responsible for large audit portfolios and filing financial statements in the public and private sectors, including working with tax authorities, non-profit organizations, public benefit companies, public companies, and international companies operating in Israel.
In addition, Yoav is an expert in formulating strategic plans, providing business opinions with feasibility studies, providing valuations, due diligence, public offerings for companies, and assisting in establishing economic and organizational systems for multinational companies opening branches in Israel. He is experienced in providing services to a wide range of sectors: real estate, tourism, high-tech, industry, and more.
Lital Cohen, CPA - Senior Accountant
Certified in Israel and NY, Lital Cohen provides personalized advisory services and ongoing support to corporations and individuals in the areas of taxation and day-to-day financial operations. Her work includes bookkeeping oversight, Sales Tax calculation and reporting, and the preparation of periodic financial reports that provide real-time insight into business performance.
She has extensive experience in the preparation and filing of U.S. tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships, including U.S. citizens and Israeli residents with U.S. tax filing obligations
